Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, including the printed return form and a copy of your invoice inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
